A new rumor has started in the unpredictable politics of Jammu and Kashmir. In the princely state, manipulation has begun to form the PDP-Congress coalition government. It is also discussed to be supported by the National Conference.
Both parties have joined the government in 2002 and 2007. In the current assembly, PDP has 28, NC has 15 and Congress has 11 MLAs.
If these three were found then the magic figure of 44, the necessary figure for the majority, would be easily achieved. Whereas the BJP has 25 MLAs. NC sources said that the party is not willing to join the coalition, but PDP-Congress is not avoiding supporting from outside.

If such a coalition comes into existence then a PDP leader can lead the government except Mehbooba. If anti-PDP and NC come on a front, then it will be very important for the state of the princely state. In 2014, when any party did not find the necessary data to form the government, then the NC had offered support to the PDP, but the PDP had joined hands with the BJP ignoring it.

After the collapse of coalition government in the state on July 20, 2018, Sajjad Ghani Lone of People's Conference contacted the angry PDP leaders for the BJP alliance.
