Damaging Model Code of Conduct, two government workers and close relatives of previous PDP administrator from Pulwama, Khalil Bandh, took an interest in the decision rally in Pulwama town which was driven by PDP president Mehbooba Mufti.

Pictures circled by PDP laborers and Youth leader of PDP, Waheed Ur Rehman Parra, demonstrate that Shafi Bandh and Mansoor Bandh, the two nephews of Khalil Bandh, taking an interest in the PDP survey rally in Pulwama which was sorted out on Wednesday.

Shafi Bandh is working in Government Animal Husbandry Department and Mansoor Bandh is an administration educator posted in Banderpora town of Pulwama.

Both the workers are found in the rally behind previous PDP lawmakers.
