NIA assaults three places in Kerala over ISIS joins, suspects held for addressing

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Sunday completed searches at three places in Kerala regarding ISIS Kasaragod Module case.

The test office said in an explanation that it did the inquiries at the places of three suspects - two in Kasaragod and one in Palakkad."These people are associated to have joins with some with the charged people in the said case who had left India to join the restricted psychological militant association ISIS/Daish," the NIA said in an announcement.

It said that cell phones, SIM cards, memory cards, pen drives, journals with written by hand notes in Arabic and Malayalam, DVDs and books of disputable Islamic evangelist Zakir Naik, other than untitled DVDs, CDs with religious addresses, books of Syed Kutheb were seized amid the inquiries.

"Computerized gadgets will be forensically inspected and examined," the office stated, including the three suspects are being addressed.
