He runs his stall early morning serving Sooji ka halwa(in dogri language, it is called as कड़ाह) in the City Chowk area of Jammu City. He serves Kadah in the traditional Doona (डूना) made from leaves. Dont forget to visit him as early as possible, usually its all over by 8-8:30 am.
