The begum of bollywood , Kareena Kapoor Khan has been breaking all stereotypes post-delivery, just as much as she did throughout her pregnancy. The 36-year-old actress who turned mommy for the first time on December 20 has been following a dedicated workout regime to lose those extra kilos of post-pregnancy weight.

It is said that Kareena is paying full dedication to loose 18 kilos she gained during her pregnancy before she starts shooting for next film ‘Veere Di Wedding’.

According to sources"After 40 days of her delivery, she started doing light exercises, including yoga. Now, since last fortnight, she has begun doing proper workouts and has included Pilates in her routine. She has also been following dietician Rujuta Diwekar’s diet. This has resulted in Kareena losing 12 kg since she began working out. She is aiming to lose more weight in the next month and get into shape to shoot for Veere Di Wedding in May."

Bebo is currently following a balanced diet — a bowl of veggies apart from bajra rotis brushed with ghee and lots of jaggery, and reports are anything to go by, she has already lost 12 kilos of weight.

Her dietician-nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar told Mumbai Mirror, “Kareena has been eating right for the last 10 years. When you've always maintained a fit regimen, your body goes into auto-pilot when it comes to recovering post-pregnancy too. It just makes it that much easier."

Having been an inspiration to millions, Bebo was recently spotted getting out after her yoga sessions. Given her dedication, Kareena is sure to take us by surprise with her picture-perfect transformation very soon!
